CUSTOM PRINTED TO ORDER IN NZ | 3–5 WORKING DAYS + SHIPPING | FREE NZ SHIPPING OVER $300

RETURNS POLICY

We take pride in every custom printed order that leaves us, but if something isn’t right, please let us know and we’ll work with you to put it right.

Because every order is custom made especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect garment selection or other customer ordering errors.

If we’ve made a mistake, or there is a genuine fault with your garment or print, we’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

Returns are accepted for items that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly printed by us.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original condition unless the issue relates to washing or print durability.

If we’ve made an error, we’ll assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, reprint, refund or other solution.

WHAT CAN’T BE RETURNED

Because our products are custom made to order, we can’t offer returns, exchanges or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect garment, colour, size or quantity selected by the customer
  • Errors in artwork or proofs supplied or approved by the customer
  • Spelling or design errors in supplied artwork
  • Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated or unsuitable artwork
  • Colour differences between what you see on screen and the finished garment or print
  • Print size or placement dissatisfaction where the order has been printed at the specified print dimensions and within normal production tolerances
  • Supplier stock delays outside our control
  • Courier delays after your order has been dispatched

GARMENT SIZING

Garment sizing varies between brands and styles, so please don’t rely solely on your usual clothing size.

Measurements and size charts are provided on individual product pages. Please check these carefully before ordering.

Because garments are custom printed to order, we can’t exchange or refund an item because the wrong garment size has been selected unless we have supplied a different size from the one ordered.

ARTWORK & ORDER APPROVAL

Please check your artwork and order carefully before submitting it.

You are responsible for checking:

  • Artwork and spelling
  • Garment styles, colours and sizes
  • Print dimensions
  • Print location
  • Quantities
  • Delivery details

Once your order has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

If you have specific requirements for print size or placement, please include these as a note with your order.

PRINT SIZE, PLACEMENT & ONLINE MOCKUPS

The garment mockup shown in our online designer is a visual guide. It helps you visualise the size and intended position of your design, but it cannot show exactly how a print will appear across every garment size and style.

Print size

Unless you specifically request otherwise, your artwork will be printed at the print dimensions shown in the designer, regardless of garment size.

For example, if your design is set at 28 cm wide, it will normally be printed at 28 cm wide. This means the same size print may appear proportionally larger on a smaller garment and smaller on a larger garment.

We do not automatically scale artwork up or down according to garment size.

If you would like different print sizes for particular garments or garment sizes, please add a note to your order before production begins.

Print placement

We use your garment mockup as a guide to your intended print position.

We will aim to reproduce the general placement shown in your design — for example, upper back, centre back, lower back or left chest — rather than automatically moving your artwork to a standard print position.

Exact placement may vary slightly due to garment size, style, seams, construction and normal production tolerances.

If the exact position of your design is particularly important, or you are requesting an unusual placement, please add a note to your order with any specific instructions.

Minor differences between the position shown on the digital mockup and the finished garment are not considered a printing fault where the print has been produced in the intended placement area and within normal production tolerances.

COLOUR VARIATION

Colours displayed on computers, tablets and phones can vary from the colours of the finished garment and print.

Screens create colour using light, while apparel printing uses physical inks, so an exact screen-to-print colour match isn’t possible. Bright, fluorescent and neon-looking screen colours in particular may appear differently when printed.

Garment colours can also vary slightly between products and production batches.

If matching a particular colour is important to your order, please contact us before ordering.

ARTWORK QUALITY

The quality of your finished print depends on the quality of the artwork supplied.

Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated or poorly prepared artwork may result in reduced print quality. Images downloaded from the internet or created using AI may also contain backgrounds, compression, artefacts or insufficient resolution that aren’t obvious when viewed on screen.

Our online designer and artwork previews don’t guarantee that supplied artwork is suitable for high-quality printing.

If you’re unsure about your artwork, please contact us before ordering.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We don’t hold every apparel option shown on our website and generally order garments from our suppliers once your order is confirmed.

Occasionally an item may become unavailable from our supplier. If this happens, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives or a refund for the unavailable item.

PRODUCTION & COURIER DELIVERY

Our advertised production and delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we’ve specifically agreed otherwise with you.

Once an order has been dispatched, courier delays are outside our direct control.

If you need your order for a particular event or date, please allow plenty of time and contact us before ordering if you’re unsure.

WASHING & CARE

We want your printed gear to look great for as long as possible.

For best results:

  • Wash before first wear
  • Cold wash
  • Wash inside out
  • Don’t tumble dry
  • Don’t iron directly over the print

We also don’t recommend using Earthwise or Ecostore detergents, as we’ve found these can cause print fading.

Please also follow the care instructions supplied with your garment.

IF THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER

Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Which item or items are affected
  3. A description of the problem
  4. Clear photos showing the fault or issue

Please don’t return anything before contacting us. We may be able to resolve the issue without requiring the item to be sent back.

If we need the product returned for inspection, we’ll let you know what to do next.
